Career Pioneers

Career Pioneers are people who are enrolled in degree programs or working in a job in which the total population is comprised of 25% or less of one gender.

Why should you be a Career Pioneer? Students benefit from exposure to a variety of careers and guidance that does not pigeonhole them because of their gender. Pursuing non-traditional careers can lead to increased opportunities, higher earning potential, and greater job satisfaction. Don't let anyone say you can't do it!

Below is a list of technical programs at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø that are considered non-traditional by gender. If you fall into either of these categories, you may qualify for assistance from the Center for New Directions. Apply here!
